Package tracking numbers will be provided in a confirmation email once the order ships. For damaged deliveries, you must contact us within 2 days of the package's arrival. For more information, see our Refund Policy. We guarantee that our inventory is managed properly and that all books will be shipped within the estimated window. Any order not shipped after 25 days will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

In the event this occurs, we will offer a reshipment or refund to maintain your trust and provide customer satisfaction.

Due to high shipping rates, we are only offering international shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Mexico. The package recipient is the importer of record; they are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are calculated when you check out and upon delivery. Most international packages have a shipping timeframe of 7-21 days, depending on the courier. The confirmation email will include the estimated delivery timeframe, as well as a tracking number. Our packages will include the customs documentation to ensure a smooth customs clearance experience. To avoid delays, ensure the delivery address is entered accurately, ensuring it is not a cause for rejection in customs.
